1. Overview
MV GLOBAL LLC provides custom software development and digital solutions services. Because our work is bespoke and tailored to each client's unique requirements, our refund policy reflects the nature of custom service delivery. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
2. Deposits
A deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) is required to begin work. This deposit covers initial planning, design, and development resources allocated to your project.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation after work begins: If work has already started, the deposit covers the cost of work completed and is non-refundable. We will provide you with all completed work product.
3. Milestone Payments
Payments made at project milestones cover work completed up to that point. These payments are non-refundable as they represent delivered work that has been reviewed and approved by the Client.
4. Final Payments
Final payments are due upon project completion and delivery of all agreed deliverables. Final payments are non-refundable once the project has been delivered and accepted.
5. Warranty Period & Bug Fixes
All projects include a 30-day warranty period after final delivery. During this period, we will fix any bugs or errors in the delivered work at no additional charge, provided that:
- The issue is a bug in our code or a deviation from the agreed specifications
- The issue was not caused by Client modifications
- The issue was not caused by third-party software, APIs, or services
- The issue was not caused by Client's hosting environment or infrastructure changes
6. Eligible Refund Situations
A partial or full refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
- MV GLOBAL LLC is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control
- The delivered work substantially fails to meet the agreed specifications and we are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late feedback, missing content, failure to provide access)
- Dissatisfaction with the style or aesthetic preferences that were approved during the design phase
- Changes to project requirements after work has been completed
- Issues caused by third-party services, platforms, or APIs outside our control
- Work that has already been delivered and accepted by the Client
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@mvglobalco.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your name, project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will review your request and respond with a decision within 7 business days
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card (may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank)
- Bank Transfer: Returned to the originating bank account within 5–7 business days
10. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly. We prefer to resolve issues through direct communication and will make every effort to reach a fair resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks for legitimate charges may result in suspension of services and may be disputed by MV GLOBAL LLC.
